DERWENT MLC Craig Farrell would toe the line as upper house leader for the government and vote in favour of premier Lara Giddings' proposed marriage equality, according to the online magazine Crikey. The same report describes fellow MLC Mike Gaffney as an ex-mayor despite him still being in the chair at the Latrobe Council.
