New gallery to explore

WHEN you're in High St later this week why not take a look inside the new gallery that has opened next door to the New Norfolk Newsagency.

Raven Gallery opened last month at 46 High St, after an extensive renovation of the premises which were previously home to Derwent Valley Gifts and Souvenirs.

Showcasing the creative work of Tasmanian artists and makers, including a number of local suppliers, the gallery is presently open from 10am-4pm, Wednesday to Sunday. More information is available on the gallery's Facebook page.
