Snow covered roads above 400 metres may make driving conditions dangerous during Thursday in parts of the Western, Central Plateau, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts.

Warning to Sheep Graziers
for the East Coast, Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley, South East, Furneaux Islands, North West Coast and King Island forecast districtsIssued at 10:12 pm EDT on Wednesday 23 October 2013.
Sheep Graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and strong westerly winds are expected during Thursday. Areas likely to be affected include the King Island forecast district and parts of the East Coast, Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley, South East, Furneaux Islands and North West Coast forecast districts. There is a high risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
