Take care on Glenora Rd

TASMANIA Police reports there are numerous patches of black ice on Glenora Rd between New Norfolk and Glenora this morning. Acting Sergeant Scott Bailey advises motorists to proceed with extreme caution.

The following roads in elevated areas of the Central Highlands have some snow and ice coverage:
  • Highland Lakes Road
  • Marlborough Highway
  • Lyell Highway

Police advise motorists to use caution when travelling in elevated areas of Central Highlands/West Coast and expect road conditions to worsen overnight due to forecast sub-zero temperatures.
