Gretna seeks junior cricketers

WITH the cricket season just around the corner, a registration and training session for the Gretna Under 13s and Under 15s will be held on Sunday, September 22, at the Gretna sports ground at 10.30am. Training will then continue on Sundays until further notice.

The registration fee for the 2013-14 season will again be $30. This covers insurance, affiliation fees, playing shirt, cricket equipment and trophies. Playing hats cost $15 and any additional playing shirts cost $30. If you have more than two children wishing to play with the juniors, you will only be required to pay for the first two. Any additional will be free. The $30 does not have to be paid on the registration day, but if you are able to, it would be much appreciated.

The roster is due to start on Sunday, November 3, 2013. The Gretna Cricket Club is an equal opportunity club that encourages both boys and girls to participate. For more information contact Wade Gleeson on 0429 704 677.
