Crash on Lyell Highway

EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a single vehicle accident on the Lyell Hwy, reportedly between New Norfolk and Granton. Police say the single occupant had been trapped in their vehicle as a result of the crash which occurred around 4.30pm. 

UPDATE: The driver, a woman from New Norfolk, was taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital in a stable condition.
