Valley to Vienna

Jess Wade, Bryony Dwyer and Bryony Geeves
THERE was a good hometown representation at singer Bryony Dwyer's farewell concert in Hobart on Sunday.

The former Molesworth girl returned home from Sydney for a one-off fundraising afternoon to help cover some of the costs of her upcoming four months in Austria as the winner of Opera Foundation Australia's Vienna State Opera Award. A $100 contribution was received from the Derwent Valley Council.

Thanks to Ngaire Glover for these photos of some of Bryony's local supporters at the concert.
