Gale Warning for the following areas: Derwent Estuary, Frederick Henry Bay and Norfolk Bay, Storm Bay, Channel, Far North West Coast, Central North Coast, Banks Strait and Franklin Sound, East of Flinders Island, Upper East Coast, South West Coast and Central West Coast
Small Craft Alert for the following areas: Central Plateau Lakes and South West Lakes

The next marine wind warning summary will be issued by 5am Monday.

Warning to Sheep Graziers

for the Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley, South East, North West Coast and East Coast forecast districts

Issued at 4:32pm on Sunday 1 May 2016.
Sheep Graziers are warned that relatively cold temperatures, showers and strong west to northwesterly winds are expected during Sunday and early Monday. Areas likely to be affected include the South East forecast district and parts of the Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley, North West Coast and East Coast forecast districts. There is a high risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.

The next warning will be issued by 11:00 pm EST Sunday.
