Warning to Sheep Graziers
for the North West Coast, Midlands, East Coast, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts
Issued at 4:17 pm on Friday 26 April 2019.
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and strong westerly winds are expected during Friday and Saturday. Areas likely to be affected include the Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts and parts of the North West Coast, Midlands and East Coast forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
The Warning to Sheep Graziers for the Central North forecast district has been cancelled.
The next warning will be issued by 11pm Friday.
