THE Tasmanian Electoral Commission has now published its final figures for tonight, showing endorsed Labor candidate Craig Farrell well out in front of the pack with just under 40 per cent of the vote.

UPDATE:
How we voted in the Valley
AN at-a-glance review of local voting in today's by-election is now available on Councillor Damian Bester's website here. It is interesting to note that 350 residents of the electorate cast their vote in the special polling booth at Agfest.

The Tasmanian Electoral Commission will re-check its figures tomorrow morning before conducting a provisional distribution of preferences.
