Washing your hands for 20 seconds is one of the most effective forms of infection control. Do this after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; after close physical contact with anyone who is unwell; after using the toilet; before and after eating; before, during and after preparing food; and after feeding or touching a pet.

Footy clinic with Fevola

A CLINIC with famed footballer Brendan Fevola will be held at the Boyer Oval next month, thanks to the New Norfolk Junior Football Club, New Norfolk District Football Club and sponsor Norske Skog. All young players from Auskick ages (5-12) up to the Under 16s are invited to attend the clinic between 2-4pm on Friday, June 15.
