Washing your hands for 20 seconds is one of the most effective forms of infection control. Do this after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; after close physical contact with anyone who is unwell; after using the toilet; before and after eating; before, during and after preparing food; and after feeding or touching a pet.

If all those signs could talk...

With the State Election only days away, there's a record number of
candidate posters at the popular spot in front of New Norfolk's
Junction Motel, but surprisingly little detail on policies or promises
for the Derwent Valley. As always, candidates are welcome to send
 their statements to the New Norfolk News.
