Junior soccer resumes

NEW NORFOLK SOCCER CLUB
JUNIOR RESULTS

Under 6 Red was defeated by Metro but it was a good game all round.

Under 6 Black all played fantastically well, with goals scored by Hemi (3) and Vincent (1). Way to go boys!

Under 7 Red had a great game at home against Holy Rosary. There were numerous goal scorers, including Tenesha who scored her very first soccer goal. Well done team.

Under 7 Black played a great game against Brighton in the rain, showing excellent teamwork with two great goals by Tristan Nicholson and one by Amber Rainbird.  Keep up the good work team.

Under 8 Red played Metro in a great game in the rain. Awesome attacking work from Jack, Nayte, Hamish and Jacob resulted in two great goals to Jack. Great defence from J'Khobi, Declan and Jacob P. Our two goalies for the game, both Jacobs, had some great saves. For our first game together as a team it was a great effort, well done boys.

Under 8 Black played a good game against Glenorchy Knights Blue. Well done team.

Under 9 had an extremely fast paced game against the Knights. Well done to Oliver for scoring our only goal. Abby and Ella are both commended on their game. Well done.

Under 10 was narrowly defeated by Dominic Yellow in a hard-fought game at Weily Park on Friday night.  There were a lot of great plays and near misses. Congratulations to the whole team and to Jacob and Aidan as our goal scorers.

Under 11 defeated Brighton Gold 3-1 under lights at Weily Park. A fantastic team effort with all players contributing to the win. Scorers Jed, Levi and Brayden. Well done Under 11.
