For the Upper Derwent Valley, North West Coast, Central North, North East, Midlands and East Coast forecast districts

Issued at 2:59pm on Tuesday 6 May 2014.

Frosts with temperatures down to -1 degrees are forecast for Wednesday morning in parts of the Upper Derwent Valley, North West Coast, Central North, North East, Midlands and East Coast forecast districts.

Please be aware: Temperatures at ground level can be many degrees lower than those recorded by standard weather stations, especially in calm conditions with clear skies.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
