Police seek help solving two burglaries

POLICE are seeking information to help in the investigation of two recent crimes in the Derwent Valley. Shops at New Norfolk and Collinsvale were burgled in the early hours of Sunday, October 30.

The Collinsvale Milkbar was burgled just before 2am and Subway New Norfolk was forcibly entered shortly after. At both businesses the front doors were forced open and cash was stolen.

Police believe both burglaries were committed by the same group of people. Security camera images have been released today, allegedly showing a vehicle used during the committing of the crimes, as well as images from inside the businesses involved.

Police say anyone with information in relation to the burglaries or who can identify the pictured people and/or vehicle can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be given anonymously.
