Silver for Kate

MOLESWORTH'S Kate Hornsey has tonight won a silver medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games, rowing with Sarah Tait in the women's pair. In the next race, fellow Derwent Valley rowers Dana Faletic and Kerry Hore finished fourth in the quad scull. Congratulations to Kate and her proud parents Anne and Brian Hornsey of Molesworth.
Our fourth Olympian and fellow New Norfolk rower Anthony Edwards competes in the final of the lightweight four at about 9.10pm tomorrow night (Thursday).
