well anonymous 1 person can only do so much and when the equipment wasn't working properly what can you expect she couldn't work miracles. she did a wonderful job of staying open for a long as she could . I for 1 am going to miss the wonderful service that was provided there
Maybe the fact it took 2.5wks just to get a doona cleaned didn't help the business. Whatever happened to next day or at least 48 hr service!!!
