A BUSHFIRE near Waddamana has knocked out the power supply to Waddamana, Arthurs Lake, Great Lake, Liawenee and the Steppes. Aurora Energy reports that 545 customers are affected and lengthy delays are expected before the electricity is restored.
The Waddamana Rd vegetation fire was first reported at 4.27pm today and two units from the Tasmania Fire Service are on the scene. Electricity supplies were disrupted at 7.31pm.
