EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a single vehicle accident on Highland Lake Rd, Bothwell. The male occupant is in a serious condition and will be airlifted to the Royal Hobart Hospital.
Police say there is no indication at this time of the cause of the accident. Motorists should avoid the area as the road is expected to be closed for several hours while accident investigation services examine the scene.
This incident was reported just before 10pm.
