Gretna juniors celebrate season's end

GRETNA Cricket Club held its junior trophy day at Gretna last weekend Before having a barbecue lunch and trophy presentations, the juniors played some cricket with the parents.

The day was enjoyed by all and the club thanked all players, parents and coaches for another great season.

The club also thanks the Member for Derwent, Craig Farrell, and the Federal Member for Lyons, Eric Hutchinson, for their donations towards the trophy day.

The New Norfolk Cricket Club will hold its junior trophy day on March 29 at the big hut at Tynwald Park and asks that all raffle books be returned for the draw. RSVP to Jamie on 0409 305 385 or Tammy on 0424 653 997 or through Facebook by March 22.
