Road weather alert continues

Road Weather Alert
for Central Plateau and Upper Derwent Valley forecast districts


Issued at 9:42pm on Monday 27 July 2015.

Icy and snow covered roads above 300 metres will make driving conditions dangerous during Monday and Tuesday in parts of the Central Plateau and Upper Derwent Valley forecast districts.

The road weather alert for the Western forecast district has been cancelled, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further alerts will be issued if necessary.

For information on any road closures, please contact your local council or the Police.

The next warning will be issued by 5am Tuesday.
