Saturday - Launceston - government cuts

A RALLY will be held near the entrance to the Launceston Country Club Casino this Saturday to protest state budget cuts to health, education, police, ambulance and other government services. The rally has been organised by the union movement to coincide with the ALP annual conference. Any community organisation which has an issue with current government policy is welcome to attend - banners and placards are encouraged.
