Washing your hands for 20 seconds is one of the most effective forms of infection control. Do this after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; after close physical contact with anyone who is unwell; after using the toilet; before and after eating; before, during and after preparing food; and after feeding or touching a pet.

Cricketers' reunion

A REUNION of the Derwent Valley Cricket Association is being organised by Tony Adams who played with the Bushy Park cricket club for many years as well as the Gretna and Eagles clubs. This first reunion of DVCA old players will be held at the New Norfolk RSL on Saturday, February 11, starting at noon. Nibbles will be provided and there will also be a history display. If you have any memorabilia such as photos, score books or newspaper clippings please bring them along as many memories will be re-lived on the day.

If you would like to come along you can give Tony a call on 0408 610 728 or simply turn up on the day. If you know of anyone who would like to come along, please let them know. All current players still having a hit are most welcome - I know a few that are pushing into their 40s and even 50s who are still playing! See you there.
