Australia's state and federal governments are taking action to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Use the links above to source the latest advice about what you can do to protect yourself and others. Washing your hands for 20 seconds is one of the most effective forms of infection control. Do this after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; after close physical contact with anyone who is unwell; after using the toilet; before and after eating; before, during and after preparing food; and after feeding or touching a pet.

Players are back for another panto

THEY'RE back. After giving last year a miss, the Derwent Valley Players are well into rehearsals for Puss in Boots - a traditional Christmas pantomime.

Described as fun for the whole family, the Derwent Valley Players' panto will be held at the Memorial Hall, Circle, New Norfolk, at 2pm and 5pm on December 21 and 22.

Tickets are $5 for children, $10 per adult or $20 for a family and are available from 20th Century Artifacts, 56 High St, New Norfolk. Door sales will be available, starting 30 minutes before each show.
