Do this after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; after close physical contact with anyone who is unwell; after using the toilet; before and after eating; before, during and after preparing food; and after feeding or touching a pet.

Icy road conditions today

Road Weather Alert for Tasmania
for North East, Western, Central Plateau, East Coast and Upper Derwent Valley forecast districts

Issued at 10:15am on Monday 11 August 2014.
Icy and snow covered roads above 600 metres will make driving conditions dangerous during Monday in parts of the North East, Western, Central Plateau, East Coast and Upper Derwent Valley forecast districts.
The road weather alert for the North West Coast, Central North, Midlands and South East forecast districts has been cancelled, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further alerts will be issued if necessary.
For information on any road closures, please contact your local council or the Police.
The next alert will be issued by 5pm Monday.
