THE Derwent Valley Council's annual general meeting will be held on Monday, December 15, in the New Norfolk Courthouse at 5pm. The annual report will be available from the council office and website from today.
The AGM is an opportunity to ask questions about the council's activities over the last financial year and to propose motions from the floor. If carried by the members of the public present, these motions must be considered at the next council meeting.
The council's monthly meeting for December will follow the AGM at 6.30pm. The agenda will be available from Tuesday, December 9.
