The team will completing meaningful work in the local community including improving sensitive wetlands that are home to a number of native birds and platypus. The project starts soon and runs for six months.
The Green Army is open to young people including indigenous Australians, school leavers, gap year students, graduates and job seekers who are looking to develop skills, undertake training and gain valuable experience. Successful applicants will receive accredited training relevant to the industry, and a traineeship wage.
