A HELICOPTER pilot was airlifted to Hobart earlier today after suffering a "hard landing" while waterbombing the Molesworth bushfire. The minor crash occurred at about 5pm.
Molesworth Recreation Ground has been used as a refuelling point for the multiple helicopters working on the fire yesterday and today.
