Under 15s score big win

GRETNA Under 15s had a convincing 150-run win over St Annes at Cadbury on Sunday. Highlights of the match included the batting of Josh Farrow who made 101 not out with 16 fours and Nick Wakefield who made 42 (five 4s) with the pair putting on a 123 run partnership. Of the bowlers, Nathan Wakefield did very well taking 5 for 21 off five overs. Well done boys.

UNDER 13s had the bye. Next match Sunday February 17: Gretna v Molesworth Green at Glenora District High School at 9am.
UNDER 15s: Gretna 6 for 248 off 40 overs d St Annes 10 for 98 off 20.2 overs at Cadburys No.2 Gretna batting: Josh Farrow 101 not out (16 4s), Nick Wakefield 42 (five 4s), Nathan Eyles 28 (one 4, three 6s), Josh Whitford-Marriott 28 (three 4s). Gretna bowling: Nathan Wakfield 5-21 (5), Daniel Browning 2-11 (3), Nthan Eyles 1-2 (2), Brodie Gleeson 1-16 (5). Next match Sunday February 17: Gretna v  Tas Uni Black at Mt Nelson Oval at 12.30pm.
