Council to meet at Molesworth

MOLESWORTH will be the venue for the Derwent Valley Council's monthly meeting this Thursday night. The meeting will be held at the Molesworth Community Hall, starting with a community forum at 6.30pm. This is an opportunity for ratepayers and residents to discuss any issues of concern.

The council meeting proper will start at 7pm and the agenda can be viewed at the council chambers in New Norfolk or on the council website. The agenda is one of the longest in some time, running to more than 250 pages, plus a similar number of pages in supporting documents. Chief among these is the council budget for 2016-17.
