Lindisfarne 15.11 (101) d Claremont 9.6 (60)
The reigning premiers didn’t stand a chance yesterday as a dominant Lindisfarne confirmed its standing as the team to beat this season. While the Two Blues delivered it to the Magpies in the senior game, Claremont came out on top in the earlier matches with a 65-point win in the Reserves and a 23-point win in the Under 18s.

Huonville 19.17 (131) d Sorell 5.5 (35)
Huonville had a comfortable win over Sorell which keeps the Lions on track in the hunt for the top three. The Lions took out the win in the Reserves by a massive 91-points, while in the Colts variation fixture New Norfolk defeated the Lions by 14 points.

Cygnet 21.8 (134) d Brighton 12.10 (82)
Brighton has unfortunately added another loss to its ledger, as Cygnet had the win in the bag from the start. Brighton took out the Reserves game by a huge 130 points. In the Under 18s game Brighton came through in a very close match with only a one-point margin at the final siren.

Dodges Ferry 24.20 (164) d Hobart 12.11 (83)
The Sharks were not messing around this week. Their sheer strength and determination were showing from the moment they ran on the field, crushing the Tiger opposition. Dodges Ferry also took out wins in the Reserves and Under 18s. A huge effort in the Under 18s saw a 90-point margin and in the Reserves it was a close game with only one goal between the two teams.
