SFL round 10 preview

Southern Football League match preview
Round 10 - Provided by SFL League Management

Lindisfarne v New Norfolk at Anzac Park, 2pm
There’s no telling how this game will go after New Norfolk's revival over the last couple of weeks. The Eagles have completely turned their season around.

The Two Blues have beaten every team in the competition, but coach Daniel Willing tells his players not to get ahead of themselves, noting that New Norfolk has really improved in recent weeks.

This game would be the one for the Eagles to win as Lindisfarne hasn’t been defeated all season and would prove that the Boyer boys are back in town.

This will be a great game of football and a hotly contested match.

Cygnet v Claremont at Cygnet, 2pm
Both teams had excellent wins last weekend, which puts more pressure on them to win this game. Claremont has lost only one game this season, but after Cygnet’s form in recent weeks the reigning premiers may have some competition.

Sorell v Brighton at Pembroke Park, 2pm
Sorell and Brighton both desperately need a this weekend as they’re sitting at the bottom of the ladder. It will be interesting to see which team can prevail on field this weekend.

Hobart v Huonville at the TCA Ground, 2pm
Huonville and Hobart both suffered big losses last weekend. The Tigers have the home ground advantage this week, and maybe that will be enough for them to prevail over the Lions.
