Flood damage closes Bushy Park Bridge

THE Styx River Bridge on Gordon River Rd at Bushy Park has been closed until further notice. Acting Sergeant Mel Burtt of Tasmania Police said the bridge was now closed to all traffic in both directions.

"It will remain closed until road surfacing / structural repairs can be carried out," Acting Sergeant Burtt said.

People needing to travel between Bushy Park and Macquarie Plains will need to make alternative arrangements.
