Willow Court exhibition extended

AN extra day has been added to the Dark MoFo exhibition at Willow Court in order to cope with the level of interest in the site and Mike Parr's exhibition, Asylum. More than 13,000 people are said to have visited the site since last Thursday.

Originally planned to re-open for eight hours this weekend, the site will now be open for a total of 21 hours across Friday, Saturday and Sunday according to information posted on Facebook by Mona creative director Leigh Carmichael.

The new schedule is:
  • Friday, June 17: noon-7pm
  • Saturday, June 18: noon-7pm
  • Sunday, June 19: noon-7pm

No bookings are required for those sessions but entry will be subject to site capacity. Dark MoFo still requests that visitors bring a mirror to add to the exhibition. The exhibition contains disturbing content and themes, and may not be suitable for children. Curated by Jarrod Rawlins, the project is presented by Mona and Dark MoFo in partnership with Detached and the Derwent Valley Council. More information.
